Here at Wilson Roses we are concerned that not every retailer employs Responsible Alcohol methods when including alcohol with their other products. .
Some of our floral arrangements and gift baskets may include alcohol or a customer may wish to add one of our alcoholic products to their order.
It is against the law to supply or sell alcohol, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years.
Wilson Roses may request that the person who receives the arrangement or gift basket to provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. Wilson Roses will refuse to deliver the arrangement or gift basket if the person receiving the goods is unwilling or unable to provide evidence of proof of age.
If there is no one available to receive the goods at the premises the products will be returned to the farm for further instructions. They may be collected from the farm or re-delivered with an additional delivery charge.
Information will be asked of the sender by phone for verification of an adult being available to receive the 2nd delivery.
Wilson Roses may request that the person buying the arrangement or gift basket that contains alcohol direct from the farm shop to provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. Wilson Roses will refuse to sell goods containing alcohol if the person purchasing the goods is unwilling or unable to provide evidence of proof of age.
